Along Seagrove Beach, there are a number of public beach walkover locations and the Bramble Street mini regional beach access. Angelina’s and Cafe 30a along with Perfect Pig and other find dining options are easy to enjoy. A new beach access location with facilities is soon to be developed across from Magnolia Dunes and near the Tom Thumb improving the area amenities substantially. Home to the only two high rise condos on 30a, Beachcrest and One Seagrove Place, Seagrove is recognized by most as a point of genesis for the entire area.
 
The area is revitalizing with older homes and still many remaining great homesites giving way to new luxury and finer living homes along the shores.

Seagrove Beach, once home to The Wagon Wheel and the Seagrove Motel, has fast become a place for new luxury homes. The most notable development is at the location of the briefly successful Whiskey Bravo restaurant. There Seagrove Heights is emerging as 7 new homes immediately at the beach walkovers at Camellia and Gardenia Streets. It is the last of Old Seagrove and the beginning of Seagrove Beach.
 
The area around Eastern Lake remains dusty gravel and dirt roads certainly to emerge as a new area for newer homes as time passes. Along South Gulf Drive even now new Coastal Dune Lake front homes are emerging with the highest standards for our area.

For nearby restaurants, you will find Surfing Deer , Perfect Pig, and the quaint charm of the airstream row in Seaside, Florida finding Wild Bill’s Dogs along with other anchoring iconic gathering places for food and memories including Pickles, Shrimp Shack , Great Southern Cafe, and Bud and Alley’s.

Many do not realize that you can still join the Pool and Fitness Center in Seaside, Florida for your family to enjoy. Yes, there is a waiting list, but it remains a choice for many locals.
