Flamingo
Flamingo and Flaming beach is a local and luxury resident enclave that also includes a Margaritaville Resort Hotel as you enter the main beach area. The most recent attraction and the hint of the luxury development yet to come is the opening of the new Marina.
Located in Costa Rica in the northwest region of Guanacaste you can access Flamingo most easily by flying into Liberia “LEE BEAR EAH” airport LIR and taking the 1 hour or so drive over. Remember of course when visiting for taking a look at homes available in Costa Rica and Guanacaste you are with us as we accompany all of our friends down for looking around and learning the area. Flamingo is a more locals beach and the pace of activity there is family oriented and beach friendly. With a few restaurants and bars close by refreshments are available for the more “muy caliente” days of the year.
The trifecta of locations begins at Flamingo and extends into Potrero and onward to Las Catalinas. The area of Flamingo will most certainly continue to offer a peaceful alternative in Costa Rica featuring attractions that appeal to a more luxury minded vacationer or resident. The attraction of the Marina draws in luxury travelers that seek amenities and modest adventure found northward along the coast of Guanacaste to Playa Del Coco and even into Diamante a day of adventure.
Flamingo offers highly valued condominiums and luxury homes located overlooking Bahia De Potrero for western facing sunsets year long.
In addition to the Marina which now features fine dining at Hazel’s , you can also venture onward to the main beach or playa. There at the end you will find Coco Loco. You must eat there as we will when you visit with us.
Live. Work. Play

Situated about 4 miles south of Las Catalinas where the Jabbours call Costa Rica their home, we Live, Work, and Play all along the coast enjoying Flamingo and points north and south.
You get to Flamingo if you are staying nearby using a bike with a little power assist if you are looking for fun. The roadway biking is more or less safe, but the coolest ride is to get on the beach at the North end just at the edge of Playa Potrero and ride the crescent all the way to just before the New Marina and get onto the road there. Continue on into town and around.

Flamingo will become an anchor point (pun intended) because of the new marina and the luxury yachts that are able to find mooring for the season. The wealth effect here will drive the market overall in the nearby areas.
