What you see is single-family home sales unit volume beginning to stabilize. The comparisons year over year had been negative and will be so but now for only a few more short months before unit volume begins to turn positive year over year. Median pricing remains stable meaning to me that supply and demand forces for single-family homes on 30a are balanced. Pricing is slightly up one month and slightly down the next netting at the flat line for price changes at the median. Investors take note of our building ideas and programs.
